The Trading Narrative focuses exclusively on education about commodity and energy trading systems: the technology, workflows, and operational practices behind Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) and Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) platforms. Our content covers how trading desks, systems, and processes work in physical and financial commodity markets such as agriculture, metals, oil, gas, LNG, power, and renewables.

We do not provide tips, calls, targets, or recommendations on stocks, equity securities, mutual funds, IPOs, or any listed instruments.

3. No SEBI registration required or implied

• Payments are processed by third-party gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Stripe). We never store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.
• Refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Intellectual property

• All content on this platform (essays, newsletters, documents, graphics, mascots, and code) is owned by The Trading Narrative or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• Premium content and purchased documents are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publicly share them without our prior written consent.
• You may quote brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Trading Narrative and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of this platform or reliance on its content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
