Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Digital subscriptions (Premium monthly and annual)

• Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period starts, because premium content is delivered instantly on payment.
• Annual renewal exception: annual subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of a renewal charge, provided no premium content has been accessed in that period.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Advisory calls (₹2,999 / 30 minutes)

• Advisory calls are fully refundable if cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the call, or no-shows, are not refundable.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule and no alternative slot works for you, you receive a full refund.

3. One-time audio unlocks

Per-essay audio unlocks are delivered instantly and are non-refundable, except where the audio fails to play and we cannot fix it, in which case we refund the unlock in full.

4. How to request a refund

Email anishpujari8@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Refund request”, including the payment reference if you have it. Eligible refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval; your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
